International Shipping
Yes, I ship worldwide! Please note that delivery may take a bit longer depending on your location. Any additional costs (such as customs duties or local taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & exchanges

Not completely happy with your order? That’s okay!

You have 14 days after receiving your item to let me know you'd like to return it. Please send an email to myra@smallstonesillustration.nl and return the item in its original condition and packaging.

Once I’ve received your return, the full order amount (including original shipping) will be refunded within 7 days. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Note: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

Received the wrong or damaged item?

Oops! That’s not supposed to happen.

Please email me at myra@smallstonesillustration.nl within 5 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the issue. I’ll make sure we find a good solution together :-)
